Sample Fee and Requirements Contract

This agreement made this ____ day of _______________ in the year ________ between ______________________ of ________________________, hereinafter referred to as host/sponsor, and Danny Clisham of Can-Am Airshow Productions, hereinafter referred to as announcer.

I

Host/sponsor agrees to provide the following:

(a)    DANNY CLISHAM must be featured in the air show program.  Danny’s bio sheet and high-resolution photos suitable for print are available for download on www.dannyclisham.com. 

(b)   Show fee $_______________

(c)    _________ vehicle(s) for ground transportation.

(d)   Lodging: one room, one bed (king) for ____ days, depending on host/sponsor publicity requirements.

In return for the aforementioned, Danny Clisham will provide host/sponsor with full narration.  Narration for media/press performance is included at no additional charge.
